Experience: 1 to 3 yrs What you’ll Do: Accurately interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders, understanding the specific tolerances and quality requirements of parts manufactured in Chennai. Install and precisely align tools, fixtures, and workpieces in the CNC machine, ensuring proper clamping and stability for the materials commonly used in our Chennai operations. Program and adjust machine parameters (speeds, feeds, depth of cut) manually at the control panel, optimizing for material type and desired finish, considering the capabilities of our Chennai-based machinery. Inspect finished parts thoroughly using precision measuring instruments to verify complete conformance to specifications, adhering to the quality control protocols of our Chennai plant. Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, including lubrication, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting, following our Chennai facility's maintenance schedule. What you need: Ability to accurately read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints, including GD&T, adhering to industry standards followed in Chennai. Proficiency in using a wide range of precision measuring instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy. Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing high-quality, precision machined parts. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, respecting the local work culture in Chennai.
