Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably Tamil, to effectively interact with local insurance providers and patients. Ability to assess and interpret EOBs, remittance advices, and patient account information within the framework of Indian insurance payments. knowledge of the electronic health record (EHR) and medical billing software that are widely used in India. Extremely accurate and meticulous data input and documentation, following Indian record-keeping guidelines.
