Specify the Malayalam Voice Process Role for Customer Support Job Description Your Impact: We are looking for a fluent and articulate Malayalam Voice Process Executive to join our customer service team in Chennai. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from Malayalam-speaking customers, providing exceptional support, and resolving their queries efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills in Malayalam, cultural sensitivity towards the Malayalam-speaking community, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Address customer inquiries, resolve their issues, and provide accurate information about our products and services in Malayalam. Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the designated systems. Follow up with customers as needed to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided. Provide valuable feedback to supervisors and team leaders regarding process improvements and customer experience enhancements for our Malayalam-speaking customers. What you Need: Basic computer literacy and efficient data entry skills to accurately record customer interactions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic call center environment in Chennai. A positive, professional, and courteous demeanor while interacting with customers. Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam with clear and concise articulation.
