Maintain a thorough understanding of plant maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Oversee the Liquid Topcoat process in Auto OEM settings, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Ensure strategic alignment of plant operations with business objectives, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
