This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and quality control. Responsibilities Set up and operate VMCs to perform milling, drilling, and tapping operations. Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Select and install appropriate cutting tools and fixtures. Load and edit CNC programs as required. Perform first-article inspections and in-process quality checks. Skills: Strong knowledge of VMC operations and machining processes. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Proficiency in using measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers). Knowledge of cutting tools and materials.
