QA Engineer Role for Freshers Apply Today Job Description Your Impact: We are seeking a meticulous and results-driven QA Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and processes throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. This role involves developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections and tests, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards. Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Analyze data to identify quality issues and trends. Investigate and resolve quality problems using root cause analysis. Develop and maintain quality documentation and records. What you Need: Strong knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma). Proficiency in using quality control tools and techniques (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D). Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Experience with inspection and testing equipment.
