Load and unload workpieces, ensuring proper alignment and secure fixturing. Install and adjust cutting tools, including drills, end mills, and inserts. Perform tool offsets and program adjustments as needed. Verify dimensions and tolerances using measuring instruments Skills Proven experience as a CNC Setter or similar role. Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and practices. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications. Ability to use measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges). Experience with tool offsets and program adjustments.
