Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) according to work orders and blueprints. Load and unload materials and tooling into CNC machines. Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and accuracy. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges). Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines. Qualification: Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining principles. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Ability to use precision measuring instruments. Knowledge of G-code and M-code programming.
