This role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimizing utility infrastructure to support production and facility operations. Responsibilities All utility systems, including compressed air, water treatment, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, should be maintained and repaired under your supervision. Create and carry out preventive maintenance plans to guarantee peak system performance and save downtime. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, then make the required repairs. Oversee and work with outside vendors to provide specialised upkeep and repair services. Skills: strong familiarity with plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other utility systems. the capacity to read and decipher schematics and technical drawings. competence with CMMS (maintenance management software). strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
