Manage and coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance and repair services. Skills Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other utility systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Proficiency in using maintenance management software (CMMS). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
