Become a Veteran ARC Welder and Join Our Growth Team Job Description The Arc Welder will be responsible for welding metal components using various arc welding techniques to fabricate and repair structures and equipment. This role requires a high level of skill and attention to detail to ensure strong and precise welds. Responsibilities Use arc welding to create and fix metal components and structures using a variety of processes (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.). Examine and decipher welding symbols, drawings, and blueprints. Assemble and run welding tools, such as grinders, torches, and welders. According to the material specifications, choose the proper filler metals, electrodes, and welding rods. Clean, grind, and bevele metal surfaces in preparation for welding. Skills: competence in a variety of arc welding processes, including stick, TIG, and MIG. the capacity to understand and decipher welding symbols and plans. understanding of the characteristics of welding materials. the capacity to assemble and run welding equipment.
