Responsibilities Respond to incoming and outgoing calls while offering top-notch customer support. Respond to consumer questions and concerns in a timely, courteous manner. Accurately and quickly process orders, requests, and transactions. All client communications and resolutions should be recorded in the system. Investigate consumer issues and offer suitable fixes. Skills: outstanding ability to communicate verbally. strong focus on customer service. the capacity to effectively manage a large number of calls. proficiency with customer support software and computer applications. strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
