The CNC Setter will be responsible for setting up and preparing CNC machines for production, ensuring accurate and efficient machining operations. This role requires a strong understanding of CNC machine operations, tooling, and blueprint reading. Key Responsibilities: Set up CNC machines according to job specifications and blueprints. Install and adjust tools, fixtures, and work holding devices. Select and install appropriate cutting tools. Maintain and manage tooling inventory. Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. What you Need: Strong understanding of CNC machine operations and G-code. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments. Knowledge of cutting tools and tooling systems.
