Troubleshoot and resolve milling process issues, including tool breakage, surface finish problems, and dimensional inaccuracies. Perform process capability studies and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. Skills Proficiency in using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, NX, SolidCAM). Strong knowledge of cutting tool selection, speeds, and feeds. Experience in troubleshooting milling process issues. Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T). Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
