Key Responsibilities: To advertise banking products including loans, credit cards, savings accounts, and other financial services, make cold calls to both current and new clients. Follow up with leads that were produced by different marketing initiatives. Give precise and understandable information about banking services and products. Convince prospective clients to use banking services. Respect all corporate policies and financial regulations. What you Need: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and persuasion skills. Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. Knowledge of banking products and services is desirable.
