Qualification: shown expertise in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other utility system maintenance and repairs. knowledge of automation and industrial control systems. strong problem-solving and technical abilities. outstanding understanding of the operation and design of utility systems. competence with diagnostic instruments and apparatus.
