Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality control teams to ensure effective manufacturing operations. Evaluate and recommend upgrades and replacements for equipment. Qualification: strong knowledge of the principles and procedures of manufacturing. familiarity with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing methodologies. knowledge of the standards for quality assurance and control. outstanding intellectual and problem-solving abilities. strong interpersonal and communication abilities. proficiency with various technical tools and CAD software.
