Make sure that HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and other pertinent laws are followed. Examine data from quality assurance to find patterns and areas that need work. Create reports on quality indicators, compliance concerns, and audit findings. Billing employees should get instruction on coding, billing, and compliance needs.
