Indian news on Refineries RLNG FSRUs India's energy sector is witnessing significant developments in refinery expansions, Floating Storage and Regasification Units (FSRUs), and Re-gasified Liquefied Natural Gas (RLNG) infrastructure. BPCL's Andhra Pradesh Project: Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) plans to invest approximately $11 billion in a new refinery and petrochemical complex in Andhra Pradesh.
