We welcome newbies to kick off a job in semi voice process Job Description We are looking to add a customer-focused, adaptable Semi Voice Process Executive to our team. Strong verbal and writing communication abilities as well as the capacity to manage client interactions via a variety of voice and non-voice channels are characteristics of the ideal applicant. You will be in charge of answering questions, offering customer service, and making sure that customers have a satisfying experience via a variety of communication channels. Responsibilities Answer incoming and outgoing voice calls to fix problems and answer questions from customers. Answer consumer questions and offer assistance via chat, email, and other non-voice means. Ensure prompt and efficient resolutions by effectively managing and resolving client cases. Accurately record every customer interaction and case in the CRM system. Respect all corporate rules and regulations, particularly those pertaining to confidentiality and data security.
