Hiring Right Away CNC Setter with Prior Record of Success Job Description Salary Range : based on skills, and interview performance Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or above Responsibilities In line with work orders and plans, install CNC machinery (such as mills and lathes). Install and alter fixtures, cutting tools, and work holding devices. Configure work coordinates and carry out tool offsets. Use machine control panels to load and verify G-code (CNC) programming. Programs ought to be adjusted as necessary to optimise machine performance. As part of regular maintenance on CNC machines, clean, lube, and perform minor repairs. Qualification: Proven experience as a CNC Setter. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments. Strong understanding of CNC machine setup and tooling. Knowledge of CNC programming (G-code).
