Stay up to date on regulatory changes, coding standards, and payer requirements. Observe HIPAA rules and patient confidentiality. Qualification: solid background in medical billing or charge entry. excellent knowledge of insurance payment procedures and medical billing codes (CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10). familiarity with software for billing and practice administration. Outstanding data entry abilities and meticulousness. strong ability to analyse and solve problems.
