Qualification: demonstrated expertise working as an AR caller in a medical billing setting. strong knowledge of HIPAA rules, payer requirements, and medical billing codes (CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10). familiarity with a range of billing and practice management software programs. Name the systems that are in use. outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, both in writing and speaking. strong problem-solving and negotiating abilities.
