We Need Freshers to Join Our Crew as CNC Operators Job Description We are seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Operator to set up and operate Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machining processes and possess the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient production and maintaining quality standards. Responsibility: Configure CNC equipment (such as lathes and milling machines) in accordance with task requirements, including work offsets, tool selection and installation, and program loading. Examine completed components with precision measurement tools (such as gauges, micrometres, and callipers) to make sure they fulfil quality requirements. Carry out regular CNC machine maintenance, such as tool replacements, lubrication, and cleaning. Diagnose possible issues and troubleshoot machine difficulties. Ensure that production and machine downtime records are correct. Finalise the required documentation and paperwork.
