Use precision measurement instruments (such as callipers, micrometres, and gauges) to check finished products to ensure they meet quality requirements. Analyse and comprehend plans, drawings, and job instructions. Part of routine VMC maintenance includes cleaning, lubricating, and replacing tools. Qualification: demonstrated expertise as a VMC operator. solid familiarity with VMC setup, tooling, and machining operations. proficiency in reading and interpreting work instructions, drawings, and blueprints. ability to use tools for precise measurement. Proficiency in CNC programming (G-code) is advantageous. Indicate whether it's necessary. The ability to diagnose and fix issues with machines.
