To filter candidates within the timeframe, conduct interviews utilising a variety of trustworthy recruiting and selection tools and techniques. Examine candidates' experience, aptitudes, soft skills, and pertinent knowledge. Department managers and the HR staff work together to onboard new hires. Freshers from 24 and 25 Batch are welcomed.
