Qualification: shown expertise working as an AR caller or in a similar position with accounts receivable, ideally in a medical setting. strong knowledge of HIPAA rules, payer requirements, and medical billing codes (CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10). familiarity with a range of billing and practice management software programs. Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, especially the capacity to interact with people over the phone.
