Monitor and analyze quality data, identify trends, and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs). Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects, such as implementing lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other quality improvement methodologies. Lead and mentor a team of Quality Control Inspectors. Skills: Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools. Experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems. Understanding of injection molding processes and related technologies.
