Accurately document all customer interactions, including call details, resolutions, and customer information, in the CRM system. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Tamil. Ability to communicate effectively and confidently in Tamil with customers. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications, including CRM systems, communication platforms, and other relevant tools.
