Please join our team as a dispatch incharge Job Description To join our logistics team, we are looking for a dispatch in charge who is very well-organised and productive. In your role as dispatch in charge, you will be in charge of managing every facet of outbound shipments and making sure that clients receive completed goods on schedule and accurately. What you will do: Arrange and plan the shipment of completed goods to clients. Create and go over shipment paperwork, such as bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices. Keep thorough records of every cargo that leaves your facility. Keep an eye on stock levels and make sure orders are shipped on time. Inform clients on delivery updates, shipment timelines, and any possible hold-ups. What we need: solid knowledge of transportation and logistics concepts. familiarity with various forms of transportation, such as trucks, trains, aeroplanes, and ships. Outstanding time-management and organising abilities, including the capacity to set priorities and adhere to deadlines.
