Hiring VTL CNC Operator No Experience Needed Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated VTL CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. As a VTL CNC Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-precision components by operating and maintaining Vertical Turning Lathes (VTLs) to exacting standards. Requirements: Set up, operate, and monitor VTL machines to produce components based on engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Load and unload heavy workpieces onto and off the VTL using appropriate lifting devices (e.g., cranes, hoists). Select and install cutting tools, fixtures, and workholding devices accurately. Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, dial indicators) to verify part dimensions and tolerances. Skills: Proven experience in operating VTL machines, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Basic understanding of G-code and M-code programming (preferred). Ability to lift and handle heavy workpieces safely.
