Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities for sales. Deliver clear and concise product/service information to customers. Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries promptly and professionally. Understand customer needs and preferences to enhance the overall customer experience. Skills: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) with excellent pronunciation and clear diction. Active listening and comprehension skills. A strong customer focus with a genuine desire to help and resolve customer issues. Patience and empathy in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.
