As an Admin Executive, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and support services to the company, with a key focus on payroll processing. Requirements: Control the equipment and supplies in the office. Ensure that your workplace is tidy and orderly. Help with HR-related duties such assisting with employee enquiries, keeping employee records, and onboarding new hires. Participate in the data entry, computations, and deductions that go into processing employee payroll. Create and keep track of employee records, such as leave logs, pay information, and personal data. Skills: Outstanding time-management and organising abilities, including the capacity to set priorities and adhere to deadlines. strong accuracy and attention to detail. fundamental knowledge of the rules and practices governing payroll processing. Payroll software knowledge is preferred. proficiency with computers and related software, such as email, scheduling tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
