Skills: solid knowledge of medical billing and coding concepts, such as CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM codes. knowledge of medical anatomy and terminology. competence with Excel spreadsheets and other data analysis software. knowledge of pertinent laws and standards for compliance, such as HIPAA and ICD-10-CM norms.
