Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while operating equipment and working on the production floor. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety at all times. Follow all quality control procedures and work instructions to meet product specifications. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (required). Previous experience in machine operation or a related field (preferred). Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and quality control. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
