What we need: English proficiency, both in writing and speaking, with flawless diction and superb pronunciation. outstanding comprehension and listening abilities. the capacity to interact with clients from a variety of backgrounds. sensitivity and patience when handling complaints and questions from customers. the capacity to establish and preserve a good interaction with customers.
