Monitor production progress and identify and resolve any production bottlenecks. Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of production workers. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback and coaching. Monitor product quality throughout the production process. Skills: strong familiarity with manufacturing tools and procedures. familiarity with the concepts and methods of lean manufacturing (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen). shown supervisory and leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and guide a group of people. Outstanding interpersonal, coaching, and communication abilities. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to recognise and successfully address production-related problems.
