This LNG terminal has decided to add more truck loading bays The truck loading facility will not consume more than a fifth of its total processing capacity This is Shell Expansion Plan Shell plans to expand its Hazira LNG terminal by adding 12 new truck-loading bays. The expansion will increase truck-loading capacity from 0.28 million tons per year (t/y) to 1.2 million t/y. This will bring the total number of truck-loading bays at Hazira to 16. Investment & Approval Process The expansion project is estimated to cost ?21,600 crore ($2.5 billion).
