Skills: proficiency in English with outstanding punctuation, grammar, and spelling. the capacity to write professionally, succinctly, and clearly. a strong emphasis on the customer and a sincere desire to assist and address their concerns. sensitivity and patience when handling complaints and questions from customers. the capacity to write in a polite and professional manner at all times.
