Set up and operate MIG welding equipment, including selecting the appropriate welding parameters (voltage, amperage, wire feed speed, gas shielding). Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures. Skills: Proven experience in MIG welding various metals, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Ability to produce high-quality welds with excellent penetration, minimal distortion, and a smooth, consistent bead appearance. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
