Monitor the performance of maintenance staff and provide regular feedback and training. Assist in the development and management of the maintenance budget. Skills: Strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems. Knowledge of building maintenance best practices and industry standards.
