What you will do: Review and accurately code patient medical records using ICD-10-CM and CPT codes. Abstract relevant information from medical records, including diagnoses, procedures, and medications. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of coded data. Research and resolve coding queries and denials. What we need: Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology. In-depth knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT coding guidelines. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
