Keep tabs on important hiring indicators, such as applicant tracking, cost per hire, and time to hire, and create frequent reports on hiring operations. Skills: strong knowledge of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection procedures as well as best practices in recruitment. Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, including effective written and verbal communication, attentive listening, and negotiating. ability to use social media, job sites, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment tools with ease.
