Leading and inspiring a group of salespeople to meet and beyond revenue goals will be your responsibility as a sales manager. What you will do: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Set and track individual and team sales goals. Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews. Foster a positive and motivating work environment. Conduct sales training sessions and provide ongoing coaching on sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry best practices. What we need: Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and active listening skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve sales challenges.
