Skills: Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and active listening skills. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
