As a Voice Process Executive, you will represent our business by communicating with clients to answer their questions and offer assistance. What you will do: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls effectively and efficiently. Provide accurate and timely information to customers on products, services, and company policies. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and empathetically. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues within established service level agreements. What we need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Active listening skills and the ability to understand and respond to customer needs. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction. Good typing and computer skills.
