Open Up New Job Opportunities as a CNC Programmer Job Description We are looking for a CNC Programmer with experience and attention to detail to join our team. Writing the instructions that direct CNC machines to produce high-quality parts is one of the most important roles a CNC programmer can play in turning designs into reality. What you will do: Develop CNC programs using CAD/CAM software to control the movements of CNC machines (e.g., lathes, mills, routers). Analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, and 3D models to create accurate and efficient CNC programs. Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and coolants for optimal machining performance. Simulate and optimize CNC programs to minimize cycle times and maximize material utilization. What we need: Strong proficiency in using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, GibbsCAM). In-depth knowledge of CNC programming principles and G-code. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
