Requirements: Source and screen candidates for a variety of positions across different departments within the organization. Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with qualified candidates. Conduct in-person or virtual interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding Skills: Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and negotiation skills. Strong sourcing and networking skills, including experience with job boards, social media, and professional networking platforms.
