Onboard new employees, including conducting orientation, issuing offer letters, and processing necessary paperwork. Address employee inquiries and concerns, resolve employee conflicts, and conduct employee counseling. Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and terminations Skills: Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and conflict resolution skills.
