Research and resolve payment discrepancies and denials. Accurately enter payment information into the EHR system, ensuring data integrity and minimizing errors. Verify payment information against remittance advices (RA) and other supporting documentation. Skills: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and payment posting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve payment posting issues. Proficiency in using EHR systems, billing software, and other relevant computer applications (e.g., spreadsheets).
